Long-Term Rental Applications
A credit history, photo ID and background check must be performed on all applicants, prior to showing them homes to qualify our clients and find the best match of home to renter.
A non-refundable fee per applicant will be due upon submitting the application to cover the cost of processing the background check.
A refundable security deposit and first month’s rent is required before move-in.
